CONDITION:
Brand New in the original factory box!  They are made from a totally different material and there is a huge difference in finish quality between these and the softer Brown Cerra firebrick & Black Ultra Flame firebricks that come with the stove and other softer aftermarket Cerra board replacements.  These Fire-Tek™ firebricks are cut out individually on a on a computer controlled machine and each piece is hand finished & inspected prior to packaging.  They are dimensionally very precise and the overall quality is top notch.  My local customers that have installed these sure do like them & so will you!  If you don't like them, you can return them for a refund.

WARRANTY:
There is a 180 day/6 Months manufacturers warranty on this item, from the date of purchase. These firebricks typically last from 5 - 10 years. You will need to determine if it will work with your stove application. If you don't know if it will fit, remove and measure your existing firebrick. Your measurements should be pretty close to the measurements provided, give or take a bit. You can also find your model and serial number under the hopper lid.

In order to help hold your costs down, we use economy shipping which can take up to 10 working days (14 calendar days) to arrive.  If you are going to need this item sooner, you will need to choose one of the following upgraded shipping options, which will result in an increase with your shipping costs.
--> ECONOMY -FREE   -  You should get your item within 3-10 working days after it is shipped.  Shipping by FedEx Ground-SP or USPS Advantage Parcel with tracking. If you use a PO Box, you must include it in your address, along with your street address.  NOTE:  DO NOT RELY on the automated delivery time estimates by ebay. We have found them to be highly inaccurate and misleading! 
Average delivery working days for ECONOMY shipping starting the day AFTER the item ships:

If you need to return the item, you can return it UNUSED & NOT INSTALLED within 30 days for a refund. The shipping costs that we incur to get the item to you is not refundable. The item must be in an as received condition and can not have been installed on your stove or any other application. Restocking fees apply.
